Description of Goods and Services Being Provided to The Customer
We offer a full range of supplies, tools and equipment needed by Small Businesses, Janitorial Contractors, Churches, Institutions and private individuals. We have thousands of items in our on-line store, and are happy to work with our customers online, on the phone, or via email.
It is important to us that each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from us, simply contact us at CustomerService@CleaningSupplyMart.com or 925-963-9103 for instructions. Each shipment comes with a pack slip. Contact us directly with questions about returns/exchanges. Credit for returned items will be issued once the item has been received by our return department. Once placed, orders cannot be “Canceled”, however if you discover you’ve made a mistake and do not wish to accept the merchandise, simply refuse the shipment when delivery is attempted.
We will ship our items by “best ground method” based on the type of product. Most of our products are shipped with no added freight. Products may be delivered by (1) Supplier’s own truck, (2) UPS, (3) FedEx Ground, or (4) Common Carrier. Customers are not able to select their delivery method. Most orders are delivered “next business day” if ordered before 2:30 P.M. your local time.
